This agreement is in accordance with Irish Law (Republic of Ireland), and you herby acknowledge and accept that any matters relating fall under the jurisdiction and sole jurisdiction of the Irish Courts.
Liability
Bobajob.ie is not responsible for the content of any advertisement. The party placing the advertisement is responsible for its content.
Bobajob.ie may sometimes need to service or maintain its website and equipment. Bobajob.ie does not guarantee the continuous availability and should an advertisement fail to appear due to circumstances beyond the control of Bobajob.ie we will not issue a refund.
All details supplied to Bobajob.ie are subject to the Data Protection Act. Bobajob.ie does not allow any advertising in the tender system/pages. Only special offers will be included in the special offers webpage.

Bobajob.ie is an advertising service that allows for one free local advertisement to be placed on the website within the locality of the business/individual wishing to advertise. Any subsequent registration shall adhere to the following pricing mechanism. Any company or person found to be in breach may be removed without notice and/or prevented from using the services of Bobajob.ie. All parties may be charged accordingly for the time spent on the website.

Termination: In addition to the terms and conditions listed on Bobajob.ie we reserve the right to terminate all services to any customer that becomes bankrupt, is presented with a petition order for a winding up, has a receiver/examiner appointed or goes into liquidation. The customer must provide one months notice of termination of the contract to Bobajob.ie by way of written communication by way of email or post.

Refunds:

Cancellation: The customer has 7 days from the date of making the order within which to cancel the contract. The cancelation shall be by either email to info@Bobajob.ie or by post.
